- Our initial quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer. The final repair cost may vary after a full inspection at our service center. We will not proceed with repairs without your consent for the revised price.
- A cancellation fee of ₹199 may apply if a customer cancels a repair after a full inspection.
- Job Sheet: Upon booking a repair, a job sheet will be provided. Ensure all details are accurate before submitting your device. Keep the job sheet for device pickup.
- Data Backup: We strongly recommend backing up your data before any repairs. TechSOS is not responsible for data loss. However, we will take all reasonable precautions to protect your data during the repair process.
- Repair Services: We offer a wide range of repair services for various phone models. We are only responsible for the service explicitly ordered. We are not responsible for motherboard, chip-level issues, or scratches occurring during repair.

Miscellaneous charges may include cancellation fees (₹199), express service fees (to be determined), inspection charges (₹199), and delivery charges (to be determined).
- TechSOS reserves the right to cancel or modify services at any time.
- We cannot guarantee data recovery, although we may offer recommendations or referrals depending on the situation.
- There is a risk of damaging the entire display during edge/Flat glass replacement due to the complex design. TechSOS is not liable for replacement or reimbursement in such cases.
- In case of display breakage during glass replacement, TechSOS will offer NO compensation. Service booking is required, and no cash or online payment will be provided. TechSOS doesn't guarantee using original displays for replacements.
